Position suitable for a team/couple.

40m motor yacht. Med based. Currently in Palma yard undergoing a respray. Due to leave the yard at the end of May and cruise Mallorca, south of France, Italian Coast and anywhere else that looks interesting. This is a seasonal role May to Octobe.

Primarily private for the owner and 3-5 weeks Charter guests.

We need an experienced chief and 2nd stew who have exceptional standards to take full responsibility for the interior and the guest experience.

Excellent English and communication skills are a must as well as the multitude of skills that the role of chief stew encompasses.

A bonus is if you have a second stew you've worked with before that you could bring with you.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on cruise ships or yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Yacht sizes:  30-39m or 40-49m
  • Yacht types:  motor
  • Yacht uses:   private or charter
  • Experience length:  min 2 years

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
