Head of Housekeeping 100m+

We are seeking a HOH to join a 100m+ new build private vessel ahead of its first season in the Mediterranean.

Role

  • Start date: mid-April 2026 (latest)
  • 2:2 rotation
  • Lead the housekeeping function and manage a multinational interior team
  • Join during final build phase and vessel handover
  • Busy private programme with high standards and frequent owner use
  • Med-based for the 2026 season

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Head of Housekeeping or a senior Housekeeper ready to step up
  • Ideally 100m+ experience as a Senior Housekeeper, or HOH on a smaller vessel but must have 90m+ housekeeping experience
  • Confident leader with strong organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage standards across a large interior
  • Positive, team-focused approach with good longevity

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
