Senior Deckhand

Senior Deckhand – 110m+ Private Motor Yacht
We are looking for a professional and experienced Senior Deckhand to join the deck team on a beautiful 110m+ private motor yacht.

Package
• Salary: 4,000 EUR per month
• Rotation: 3:1 (3 months on / 1 month off)
• Monthly bonus paid in addition to salary
• Training allowance for courses
• Start date: 6 May or 18 May 2026

Requirements
• Valid B1/B2 visa
• Valid STCW
• Valid Seafarers Medical
• Minimum 3 years experience as Deckhand (preferably on similar size yachts)
• Yachtmaster advantageous
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team player
• Male candidate preferred due to cabin arrangements

Additional Skills Welcome
• Maintenance & repair experience
• Twin-jet tender operation / handling
