Head of Housekeeping 80m+ MY

An excellent opportunity for a passionate and detail-driven Head Housekeeper to join an 80m+ private/light charter yacht. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in high standards, enjoys training junior crew, and thrives in a professional, team-focused environment.

The role:

• Lead the housekeeping department and maintain impeccable interior standards throughout.
• Train and mentor junior stews, leading by example with a kind and positive approach.
• Ensure all guest areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation.
• Work closely with the Chief Stewardess to support smooth interior operations.
• Dual-season program; start date mid-May in Europe; Schengen visa required.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2+ years' experience as Head Housekeeper on a similar program.
• Proactive, organised, and confident in leading a team.
• Positive, energetic personality with a passion for the role.
• Strong training and mentoring capabilities.
