About This role

Seasonal Senior Stewardess – Private 100m+ Passenger Vessel

This is a passenger vessel that operates privately. The vessel applies high-profile yachting standards and is part of a large operation.

Start date: 2nd of June 2026 – 31 December (Fixed Contract)

Location: Europe / Middle East

Package: Salary in Euros

Experience and attributes required:

* Minimum of 5 years maritime experience including minimum 2 years’ experience in a Senior/2nd level role on 100m+ yacht/cruise

* Ship experience including Housekeeping and Service experience

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Experience in leading a large multi-national team

* Able to quickly adapt to change and manage under pressure

Qualifications required:

* STCW (fully updated) with PDSD

* Crowd Management

* Crisis management & Human Behaviour

* Safety Training for Personnel Providing Direct Service to Passenger Spaces

* Seafarer’s Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months

* Seaman’s Discharge Book

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
