We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated second officer to join our deck team of three on board a private 47m motor yacht based in Greece.

This is an ideal position for a candidate looking to develop his/her officer skills while actively engaging in navigation, deck operations, maintenance and safety.

Experience/Skills required:

  • Minimum 2 seasons’ experience as an Officer or Lead Deckhand on yachts 40 - 50m
  • Strong navigation and watchkeeping experience
  • Confident managing deck/mooring operations
  • Good understanding of safety procedures and vessel maintenance
  • Professional attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to assist with guest operations including tender driving when required

Seasonal or permanent contracts can be discussed. Salary dependant on experience and contract duration.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Yacht sizes:  40-49m
  • Yacht types:  motor

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Visa Requirements:

Schengen visa is required for this role.
