Senior Housekeeper required for a 120m+ private motor yacht to support the Head of Housekeeping and maintain the highest standards onboard.

Key duties include:

  • Assist the Head Housekeeper with the daily running of the housekeeping department
  • Lead and support the housekeeping team
  • Cover for the Head Housekeeper when required
  • Manage stock control, purchasing, and maintenance/defect lists
  • Ensure all sanitation and detailing procedures are followed
  • Assist the Chief Steward when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years operational 70m+ yacht experience (up to 3 years if yard experience included)
  • Strong housekeeping knowledge and leadership skills
  • Confident managing a team and supporting department operations
  • Knowledge of machinery, equipment, and cleaning products
  • Valid ENG1 and STCW Basic (minimum 1 year remaining)
  • PDSD Certificate, Crowd Management, and Crisis Management Training

Offer details:

  • Salary: DOE
  • Rotation: 3:1.5 (12 weeks on; 6 weeks off, 121 days annually)
  • 3 return flights per year
  • Training allowance

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
