We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 60m dual-season private/charter vessel with an established, high-performing crew and programme.

  • Start date: late May 2026
  • Rotation: 2:2
  • Lead an interior team of 6
  • Rotational position working alongside a long-standing Chief Stewardess
  • Busy dual-season programme across the Mediterranean, USA and Bahamas
  • Hands-on leadership role with some additional Purser responsibilities
  • Positive, social team environment with strong onboard dynamic

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as Chief Stewardess, ideally on 60m+ vessels
  • Charter experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage an established team
  • Organised, confident and seeking a long-term role (2+ years)

What's on offer:

  • Salary: 6,500 EUR per month
  • Rotation: 2:2
  • 13th month bonus

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
