Fleet Chief Stewardess

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Chief Stewardess to be a key part of a small fleet. This is a unique role requiring strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills to maintain consistency across multiple projects.

The role:

  • Leading and managing a team of five or more stewards, ensuring high service standards throughout.
  • Overseeing interior operations and maintaining consistency across a fleet program.
  • Liaising across multiple vessels and projects, requiring strong communication and organisation.
  • Supporting a professional, active crew environment.
  • Program operates across multiple locations with travel between projects.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as Chief Stewardess, ideally three years in a senior role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to be hands on and get involved in day-to-day operations.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive approach.
  • Positive, energetic personality suited to an active crew lifestyle.
  • Ideally starting in May 2026.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
