About This role

Temporary Chief Officer – 75m private M/Y

Start date: 3rd of May to 1st of June 2026

Itinerary: Med – local based

Package: salary paid in Euros day rate

Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Minimum 2 years as Chief Mate on 50m+ or strong Second Officer on similar-sized vessels
  • Confident in bridge watchkeeping
  • Oversees navigation equipment maintenance
  • Familiar with bridge procedures and emergency response protocols
  • Manages the deck team effectively
  • Delegates effectively and ensures high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance.
  • Sets a positive example in professionalism, discipline, and work ethic.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and disciplined

Qualifications Required:

  • OOW preferably Chief mate 3000
  • STCW basic and advanced (Fully Updated)
  • Seafarer's Medical Certificate valid at least 6 months
  • Seaman's discharge book

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
