Stewardess/Hospitality Support – High Profile - Perth Based Residence

Are you looking to join a very large residence team of former superyacht stewardesses?

A high-profile, Perth based residence is seeking an experienced stewardess (or hospitality professional) to join their growing residence team. The stewardess will work within a large interior department of 5–6, reporting to the Head of Household and Concierge Manager. The team largely hails from a superyacht stewardess background and the structure will be similar to that of a very large superyacht, bringing the same high/impeccable standard, but with the benefit of structured hours and no overnighters. The focus of the role will be predominantly housekeeping with weekly service shifts and assisting with occasional events and concierge. Additional house coordinating responsibilities will also be allocated based on experience and background of the candidate. The team is vibrant and socially conscious, promoting an inspiring and happy workplace. Working 38 hours per week, five days per week.

Key responsibilities within the residence include but are not limited to:

• Work with the resident family and respond to their requests as they arise
• Communicate with residents and guests and represent the family professionally at all times
• Carry out service for dinner parties, functions and daily meals
• Provide drink service, including wine knowledge and cocktail making
• Assist in preparing light meals and snacks, supporting the chef as needed
• Perform cleaning activities such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, ironing, washing, dusting, and polishing
• Ensure all areas are cared for and inspected with high attention to detail
• Interact with multiple departments including kitchen and property maintenance
• Report damages or areas requiring special attention
• Understand correct use of cleaning products and adhere to health and safety practices for a private residence
• Care for domestic animals when required
• Provide discretion and a willingness to assist with additional household tasks

Your background:

Experience as a stewardess on yachts, jets, or in private residences is preferred, though Perth-based candidates with strong hospitality backgrounds will also be considered. The successful candidate will be adaptable, flexible, highly attentive to detail and cleanliness, able to work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively. Comfort with domestic animals, integrity, discretion and professionalism when working with the household and their guests are essential.

Salary – $90,000 AUD (TRP) / Year
