About This role

Rotational Senior Stewardess – Private 100m+ Passenger Vessel

This is a passenger vessel that runs privately. The vessel applies high-profile yachting standards and is part of a large operation.

Start date: 2nd of June 2026

Location: Europe / Middle East

Package: Salary in Euros – leave 114 paid days (4/2)

Experience and attributes required:

  • Minimum of 5 years maritime experience including minimum 2 years’ experience in a Senior/2nd level role on 100m+ yacht/cruise
  • Shipboard housekeeping and service experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in leading a large multi-national team
  • Able to quickly adapt to change and manage under pressure

Qualifications required:

  • STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
  • Crowd Management
  • Crisis Management & Human Behaviour
  • Safety Training for Personnel Providing Direct Service to Passenger Spaces
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months
  • Seaman’s Discharge Book

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
