Deckhand 85m MY:

An excellent opportunity for a Deckhand to join an 85m motor yacht with a predominantly private program and a Mediterranean and Bahamas/States itinerary.

  • Start date: 16th April
  • Full deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities
  • Predominantly private program, with limited charter activity in summer (typically 1–2 charters)
  • Operation and handling of tenders
  • Dual-season itinerary: Bahamas and Florida until early May, followed by a Mediterranean summer season

Requirements:

  • Yachtmaster - preferred but not essential
  • Ideally 1 year of experience on a similar size vessel
  • Dive certification or fishing background will be very advantageous
  • Male candidates only, due to cabin arrangements
  • B1/B2 visa must be in hand

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
