Lead Service Stew 90m+

Lead Service Stewardess opportunity on a busy 90m+ private/charter motor yacht operating Mediterranean summers and Caribbean winters. This is a fast-paced, guest-focused role for an experienced service stewardess stepping into a lead position within a dynamic interior team.

Key duties:

• Lead service onboard, delivering high standards of food and beverage presentation and table service.
• Support bar service and prepare cocktails within a busy, guest-facing environment.
• Support and guide junior interior crew, leading by example during service.
• Maintain exceptional presentation and attention to detail across all service areas.
• Operate within a busy private/charter program with frequent guest interaction and a dual-season itinerary.
• Start date: mid to late April.

Requirements:

• Minimum four years' yachting experience, ideally across a mix of vessel sizes.
• Strong service experience and confident mixology skills with excellent cocktail knowledge.
• Bubbly, outgoing personality with a natural ability to engage with guests.
• Professional, organised, and calm under pressure during busy charters.
• Strong team player with leadership ability and a proactive approach.
