Are you a superyacht Captain interested in a year-round role in Sydney?

Seeking a Full-Time Captain for a 42m luxury superyacht based in Sydney.

The Role

  • Hands-On Operation: Full responsibility for safe navigation, voyage planning, and day-to-day vessel management.
  • Technical Excellence: Strong engineering skills (MED 2) required to maintain mechanical integrity and oversee maintenance.
  • Luxury Service: Ensure a seamless, high-end experience for owners and guests alongside operational duties.

Key Requirements

  • Master <45m NC (Compulsory)
  • MED 2 Qualification (Compulsory)
  • Proven background in maritime operations and vessel management.
  • Engineering Savvy: Ability to troubleshoot and oversee technical works.
  • Leadership: Excellent communication skills with a focus on crew mentorship and safety.
  • Yachting experience (Private or Charter) is highly preferred.
