About This role

Seasonal Skipper – Private 20m M/Y

Great opportunity on an iconic 20m vessel traveling between Monaco to St Tropez on day trips.

Start date: 1st May 2026 – October 2026.
Itinerary: Monaco / South of France
Package: Salary paid in Euros

Experience / Skills required

  • 2 Years as Day Skipper experience.
  • Able to work independently.
  • General maintenance skills (varnishing, cleaning and basic repair).
  • Mechanic experience is a plus.
  • Good boat handling proven experience.
  • Guest orientated and positive attitude.

Qualifications required

  • Yacht Master or RYA
  • STCW (fully updated)
  • Seafarer's Medical Certificate

Candidates who meet the client's requirements will be progressed by the recruitment team.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
