Seasonal Deckhand – Classic Sailing Yacht

We are seeking a deckhand to join our professional crew on a classic sailing yacht based in Palma de Mallorca. Ideal for enthusiastic, dynamic sailors eager to learn and grow in the yachting industry. Only candidates currently in Mallorca will be considered.

This is a non-liveaboard vessel - they provide housing allowance.

Start date: March - end October 2025
Itinerary: Mediterranean
Salary: Paid in Euros, plus accommodation and food allowance, paid leave 38 days per year.

Experience/attributes required:
• 1 season’s previous experience on a SY preferred, racing experience is an asset
• Assisting with deck operations including docking, anchoring, and tender driving
• Maintaining exterior cleanliness and presentation of the yacht
• Positive disposition, motivated character
• Collaborating with fellow crew members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests
• Professional appearance

Qualifications required:
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months

Non smoker, no visible tattoos
