Rotational Chief Stewardess – Private 50m M/Y

We are currently seeking an experienced and confident Rotational Chief Stewardess to join a beautifully maintained 50m private motor yacht based in Italy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a structured, professional environment and is looking for long-term stability on a well-run programme.

Start date: Around 25th April
Itinerary: Italy and Mediterranean cruising
Package: Salary paid in Euros, rotation package 2:2

Experience/Skills required:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess on 45m+ yachts
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• High-level service standards with solid silver service and formal dining experience
• Confident in administration, inventory control, budgeting and interior management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise professionally with Owners and Guests
• Hands-on approach with a positive, solution-focused mindset

Qualifications required:

• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
• Food hygiene certification (valid)
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
