About This role

Senior Housekeeper / Household All-Rounder – Private Residences – Milan and Ibiza

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Housekeeper / Household All-Rounder to support two primary residences in Milan (winter base) and Ibiza (summer base).

This is a long-term role for a stable, energetic and discreet professional who can operate autonomously, maintain high standards, cook daily meals, and adapt to a seasonal lifestyle.

Start date: March 2026
Locations: October – April in Milan / May – October in Ibiza
Package: To be negotiated, DOE

This is a hands-on managerial role: the candidate must be as comfortable setting standards and supervising staff as negotiating with suppliers or arranging logistics.

Experience and attributes required:

  • Proven stability in long-term private household roles
  • Strong housekeeping foundation (not purely managerial background)
  • Confident cooking simple, fresh daily meals
  • Comfortable working solo
  • Flexible with seasonal relocation Milan ↔ Ibiza
  • Energetic, proactive and efficient (especially during Ibiza season)
  • Italian fluent; English required; Spanish a plus
  • EU passport / right to work in EU

Candidate Requirements:

  • Ability to provide a Police Clearance Check
  • Valid Passport and European Residency
  • A Valid driving licence

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
