Household Management Couple – Private Residence – Greater London, UK

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping & Household Management Couple to oversee the high-end operations of this luxury family retreat in the Greater London region.

Start date: March 2026
Location: Live-in position located in Greater London
Package: To be negotiated, DOE

This is a live-in position for the couple with independent accommodation located on the homestead grounds (double story apartment with patio).

Hands-on managerial role: the candidates must be comfortable setting the highest standards and communicating with grounds staff (live-out), negotiating with suppliers and contractors, plus arranging logistics. Skilled in housekeeping, cooking and operations.

Experience and attributes required:

• Proven background as:
• Estate/Household Manager for UHNW families.
• Previous superyacht experience would be highly beneficial.
• Highly proactive, anticipatory, discreet, and accustomed to confidentiality.
• Exceptional housekeeping experience in maintaining a large, multi-roomed homestead.
• One of the couple must be competent with cooking skills to provide meals for the family when in residence, and for occasional events.
• Hands-on, detail-focused and capable of enforcing high standards.
• Excellent problem solver; resourceful and self-sufficient.
• Languages: English (fluent in verbal and written); Italian would be highly beneficial.

Candidate requirements:

• Ability to provide a Police Clearance Check
• Valid passport and UK residency
• A valid driving licence (on-site vehicle available for work-related tasks and duties)
