About This role

Chief Stewardess opportunity for Private/Charter 50m M/Y. We have a great opportunity for an experienced Chief Stewardess seeking a permanent single seasoned yacht.

Start Date: March 2026

Itinerary: Mediterranean Cruising (West and East) – Single Seasoned yacht

Package: Dependent on experience, Paid in Euros – 30 days leave

Required Attributes:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess on similar sized yacht
  • Strong Hospitality Background, in both service and housekeeping
  • Has the ability to delegate and provide mentorship direction to interior team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to gauge the environment
  • Previous Charter and event management experience
  • Exceptional personal presentation with a friendly and dynamic character

Qualifications:

  • STCW (all up-dated)
  • ENG1
  • Food & Hygiene Level 2

Candidates should meet the listed criteria.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
