Chief Officer – Private 52m M/Y

This is a great opportunity to join a well-run 52m private motor yacht currently in the Caribbean. The Captain is looking for an experienced Chief Officer who can support navigation, safety, and deck operations while maintaining a strong team spirit on board.

Start date: 15 April
Itinerary: Caribbean / USA
Package: Salary paid in USD, leave package to be discussed

Experience/Skills required:
• Minimum 1 year experience as an Officer on yachts 40m+
• Strong navigation and watchkeeping experience
• Confident supervising deck operations and managing deckhands
• Good understanding of safety procedures and vessel maintenance
• Professional attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to assist with guest operations when required

Qualifications required:
• OOW 3000GT (or equivalent Officer of the Watch certification)
• STCW (fully updated) with PSA/PDSD
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
B1B2 visa essential
