Deckhand – Private/Charter – 40m M/Y

This is a great opportunity to join a busy 40m motor yacht operating both private and charter in the Mediterranean. The yacht is looking for a motivated and energetic Deckhand with strong water sports knowledge and good tender driving skills, who enjoys working in a professional but friendly environment on board.

Start date: 1 April 2026
Itinerary: Mediterranean
Package: Salary paid in Euros, 40 days paid leave

Experience/Skills required:
• Minimum 1 season’s experience as Deckhand on a yacht
• Strong water sports knowledge
• Confident tender driver with good boat handling skills
• Must be proficient at dinghy sailing
• Positive attitude, motivated, and team-oriented personality
• No visible tattoos, as per owner’s request

Qualifications required:
• STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (valid for at least 6 months)
• Powerboat Level 2 (PBL2)
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
