About This role

Rotational Chief Stewardess Private 100m+ MY (EDJ 4658)

• Start: 5th May 2026
• Location: Red Sea – Europe
• Package: Salary in Euro – 176 days of leave

Experience and attributes required:

• Minimum of 8 years' yachting experience with minimum of 2 years as Chief Stewardess on 100m+ yacht.
• Experience in leading a large (minimum 12 crew) multi-cultural team.
• Must have good shipyard experience, including planning, budgeting, and executing maintenance works in the interior.
• Synchronised service experience, including being comfortable teaching crew about this.
• Experience in competent inventory implementation and monitoring.

• Food & Hygiene L2
• W-SET Level 2
• Crisis & Crowd Management
• STCW updated
• Seafarer Medical Certificate
• Seaman Discharge Book

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
