We are seeking an experienced and capable Chief Stewardess to join a 90m+ dual season private/charter motor yacht. The position requires a confident leader with strong service standards and experience running a large interior team.

The role:

  • Start date: April 2026
  • Lead a large interior team of 10 across service and housekeeping
  • Very busy, hands-on leadership role with high guest expectations
  • Dual season, private/charter programme (Mediterranean / Caribbean)

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum two years' experience as Chief Stew on 75m+ vessels, with some prior experience on 80m+
  • Charter experience in a senior management role
  • Strong service and team-training background
  • Organised, practical, and able to manage a fast-paced schedule
  • B1/B2 visa preferred
  • Solid, verifiable references

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
