We are seeking a highly organised and polished Sole Stewardess to join a privately operated 35m M/Y for the 2026 summer season. This is a seasonal position from April to September, with the possibility of extending into the winter shipyard period for the right candidate.

The yacht is currently in the shipyard ahead of a private summer cruising program, with owner trips from May through August. The vessel is strictly private, run by an owner who values a formal, respectful relationship with the crew. With a small team of five, the Sole Stewardess must be confident running all interior operations independently while maintaining a calm and professional presence.

Responsibilities include full housekeeping, laundry, table service, guest care, provisioning, and maintaining a consistently high onboard standard throughout the season. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs are essential. As the primary point of contact inside the vessel, the Sole Stewardess must be mature, discreet, and comfortable with a private family program.

The yacht winters in Palma, offering potential for continued work during the shipyard period. German speaking is a strong plus, as it will support communication with the owner.
