Overview
We are seeking an experienced and professional rotational live-in nanny to join a VIP international family based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota position, offering a balanced schedule while maintaining high-quality childcare.

You will be responsible for two young children (aged 3 years and 18 months), working alongside another nanny to ensure consistency of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide sole-charge care during working rotations
• Manage daily routines, including nursery drop-offs and pick-ups
• Plan and organise engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Prepare healthy meals for the children
• Manage children’s laundry and maintain organised spaces
• Support the children’s development and emotional wellbeing
• Travel with the family when required

Requirements

• Previous nanny experience (mandatory)
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
• Confident driver
• EU passport (no sponsorship available)
• Flexible, organised, and proactive

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Experience working in HNW/UHNW households
• Previous rota nanny experience

Candidate Location
Ideally based in Portugal or Southern Europe. Candidates from Eastern Europe may also be considered.

Salary & Package
Salary in line with Portuguese market rates. Live-in accommodation provided during working rotations. Fully staffed household environment. Long-term position within a supportive family.
