Bosun Position – (Refit Project)

We are currently seeking a Bosun to join a team within the next few weeks for an exciting opportunity aboard a yacht undergoing an extended refit period.

Package Includes:

• Competitive monthly salary
• 3:1 rotation
• Working schedule: 08:00 – 17:00, 6 days per week (subject to operational requirements)

The Role:
This position is based on a vessel currently in an extended refit, making it ideal for someone who is not focused on gaining sea time or working on an actively cruising yacht. Instead, it offers a more stable, shore-based style role with involvement in ongoing works and project oversight.

Candidate Profile:

• Experienced Bosun from large yachts preferred
• Strong Lead Hands from large yachts looking to step up will also be considered
• New build or refit experience is highly desirable
• Hands-on, organised, and confident managing deck operations during yard periods

Location & Lifestyle:
This role would suit someone based in or near Europe, looking for the opportunity to be part of a significant refit project.
