- Lead the development of onboard systems including mini ISM, safety manuals, and operational procedures.
- Take responsibility for navigational management including passage planning and chart corrections.
- Manage deck setup, storage planning, and sourcing of tools and equipment.
- Oversee deck operations and lead by example within a small team.
- Private program initially, with plans to transition into private/charter in the future.
- Dual-season cruising with upcoming itinerary including the UK, Norwegian fjords, and potentially the Baltic.
- Start date: ASAP or within the next two weeks (flexible for the right candidate).
- Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.

- Yachtmaster Offshore minimum (essential).
- OOW or working towards OOW preferred, but not essential.
- Around 4 years’ experience on yachts of a similar size.
- Previous Chief Officer experience preferred; strong Second Officer candidates considered.
- Solid navigational knowledge with proven experience in passage planning and chart work.
- Organised, proactive, and switched-on approach with the ability to take ownership of systems and setup.
- Hands-on leader comfortable working across both bridge and deck operations.
What’s on offer:
- Salary: 5000 – 5500 Euros DOE.
- Leave: 60 days per year.
- Opportunity to join a brand-new Dutch build and play a key role in setting up the vessel.
- Exciting, off-the-beaten-track itinerary with exploration-focused owners.
