Bosun/OOW – 50m private/charter motor yacht

A beautifully maintained 50m motor yacht (built 2015, refit 2025) is seeking an experienced Bosun/OOW to join the team.

The yacht operates privately, with the possibility of 1–2 months of charter during the summer season.

The Owner leads a very healthy and active lifestyle and expects the same ethos from the crew. This is an excellent opportunity for a stewardess who prioritises wellbeing, physical fitness, and an active routine alongside delivering exceptional service standards.

Position: Bosun/OOW

Requirements:

• Experience in rank on similar sized vessel (45m–60m range)

• Excellent health and physical fitness

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Must hold OOW 3000 (minimum)

Package:

• Salary: paid in USD (flexible dependent on experience)

• Leave: 60 days per year
