Rotational Purser 80m MY

Rotational Purser for an 80m+ motor yacht operating a dual-season programme between the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. This is a key administrative and guest-facing role, working closely with the Captain to support both crew operations and owner experience.

The role:

• Manage all onboard administration for the vessel and crew
• Oversee crew certification, documentation, and compliance
• Act as a key liaison for owners and guests, delivering a high-level concierge service
• Create and present detailed itineraries for guest trips
• Support smooth day-to-day vessel operations
• Start date: ideally around 25th March
• B1/B2 visa required

What we're looking for:

• Previous Purser experience on 70m+ vessels
• Strong administrative background with experience managing large-scale crew documentation
• Excellent organisational skills; methodical and detail-oriented approach
• Confident guest-facing skills with strong communication and logistical planning ability
• Flexible and adaptable to changing plans and last-minute requests
• Proactive team player who adds value to a professional onboard environment
