Rotational Chief Stewardess 90m+ motor yacht

A busy private/charter programme is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a dual-season motor yacht cruising between the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. This leadership role oversees a large interior team and delivers a high standard of service across all departments.

The role includes:

  • Rotational Chief Stewardess position on a 90m+ motor yacht
  • Dual-season programme cruising the Caribbean and Mediterranean
  • Responsible for leading and managing an interior team of 12
  • Overseeing service standards, guest experience, and interior operations
  • Handover period with the current rotational Chief Stewardess
  • Start date early to mid-May

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience as Chief Stewardess on 70m+ yachts
  • Previous charter experience strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership and team management skills within a large interior department
  • Strong service standards and organisational ability
  • Professional, positive, and capable of managing a busy programme

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
