2nd Stewardess – 43m Private/Charter M/Y

We are seeking an experienced and confident 2nd Stewardess to join a busy 43m private/charter motor yacht. The ideal candidate will have approximately three years of yachting experience and be comfortable running their own service within an interior team of three. You will be responsible for delivering five‑star service, leading guest service when required, and supporting the Chief Stewardess in all areas of interior management.

Strong wine knowledge, cocktail-making ability, and creativity in table settings and event setups are essential. The successful candidate will be highly organised, capable of maintaining inventories and stock levels, and able to present themselves professionally at all times. The role also involves general crew duties, basic seamanship, and assistance with mooring, fenders, and tender operations. You will mentor the 3rd Stewardess in laundry and housekeeping and step up during Chief Stew leave periods, so confidence and leadership skills are important.

This is a permanent position that offers strong training and support from the Chief Stewardess, with a focus on professional development and longevity. Candidates should ideally already be based in Europe.

Fluent English, an ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2, and a valid driving licence are required. The yacht will run a busy charter season in the Balearics before winterising in the West Med.

Salary: €4,000+
