ROTATIONAL ETO 70M+

An opportunity for an ETO to join a busy dual-season programme with a longstanding, close-knit engineering team. This role suits a technically minded candidate who enjoys hands-on electrical work, troubleshooting complex systems and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing department.

The role includes:

  • Managing electrical maintenance, fault finding and system diagnostics across the vessel
  • Supporting system upgrades, refits, and large maintenance periods
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting AV/IT systems onboard
  • Working closely with an experienced engineering team (Chief Engineer and 2nd on trips, with a 3rd Engineer during yards and busier periods)
  • Busy dual-season programme with an Atlantic crossing planned in April
  • Start location: United States
  • Start date: mid-April 2026, ideally by the 15th
  • B1/B2 visa required; applicants must hold this visa to be considered

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and fault finding
  • Strong AV/IT capability with knowledge of integrated onboard systems
  • Familiarity with Crestron and Lutron preferred
  • Previous experience working with Triton Technical Support advantageous
  • Collaborative team player with a flexible, solution-focused mindset suited to a busy operational vessel

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
