Head of Housekeeping 100m+

120m+ private motor yacht seeking a Head of Housekeeping to join ASAP. This role is ideal for a confident and experienced HOH who is comfortable stepping into a fast-paced environment and bringing strong organisation, structure, and leadership to the housekeeping department.

The role:

• Lead and manage the housekeeping department onboard
• Maintain high standards across all guest and crew interior spaces
• Oversee housekeeping systems, organisation, and daily operations
• Strong administrative involvement
• Work closely with the wider interior team and occasionally support the mothership operations when required
• Start date: ASAP

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years’ yachting experience with previous Head of Housekeeping experience
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Confident stepping into a challenging environment and implementing structure
• Experience managing housekeeping administration and systems
• Professional, resilient, and solution-focused mindset
• Comfortable working within a young and dynamic interior team
• Schengen visa preferred
