Silver Swan is currently working with a young, highly driven UHNW Principal to assist in the recruitment of a full-time Lifestyle Travelling PA. The Principal is a young eCommerce entrepreneur who owns a successful fashion brand and runs an international eCommerce coaching business. This is a unique opportunity to support an ambitious individual at an exciting stage of growth, working at an intense pace across multiple global projects.

The role is extremely hands-on and requires the PA to be with the Principal on a near 24/7 basis, acting as his key point of support wherever he is in the world. While his base is Miami, the position involves extensive international travel. You will work alongside an existing team of PAs and assistants, acting as the Principal’s trusted on-the-ground support.

This role would suit a dynamic, highly intuitive PA who can think several steps ahead, anticipate needs, and operate independently without direction. The Principal is keen to find someone personable, energetic and discreet, ideally female, with whom he can build a strong working rapport.

You MUST be eligible to work in the US and ideally already be based in Florida.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the Principal’s right-hand support during constant international travel
  • Managing complex diaries, logistics and last-minute schedule changes
  • Coordinating global travel arrangements, accommodation and ground transport
  • Acting as the on-the-ground representative wherever the Principal is based
  • Managing a wide range of personal PA duties alongside business support
  • Liaising with the wider PA and assistant team to ensure seamless operations
  • Anticipating needs and preparing arrangements well in advance
  • Using personal and professional networks to open doors and facilitate access
  • Organising meetings, events and introductions aligned with the Principal’s projects
  • Handling sensitive information with absolute discretion and confidentiality
  • Supporting multiple high-level projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate:

  • Eligible to work in the US with full flexibility to travel internationally
  • Previous experience as a travelling or lifestyle PA supporting a UHNW individual
  • Naturally proactive with the ability to think independently
  • Highly organised and comfortable working at an intense pace
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, engaging personality
  • Well-connected with an established international network
  • Confident, adaptable and emotionally intelligent
  • Professional, discreet and polished at all times
  • Someone young, dynamic and able to build a strong personal working relationship

Package:

  • All travel and accommodation whilst travelling are provided
  • Working schedule: 5-6 days a week with flexibility
  • Holiday allowance
  • Salary: $150,000 per year

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:
