Deck/Stew 75m

Deck/Stew for a 75m motor yacht (delivered 2025) operating a dual-season private/charter program in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. This is a dynamic, hands-on role across exterior and interior departments.

The role includes:

• Split Deck/Stew position supporting both exterior operations and interior service as required.
• Primarily deck-based when off trip: maintenance, mooring, anchoring, tender driving, and watersports.
• Transition to the interior during guest trips to support service, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Flexible role depending on the type of charter or owner trip.
• Busy private/charter program with owner trips, an Atlantic crossing, a yard period in Barcelona, and a Mediterranean summer season with charters and owner trips.
• Start date: flexible from March; upcoming owner trip in early April.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience working across both deck and interior departments.
• Confident supporting mooring, anchoring, tender driving, watersports, and general deck operations.
• Comfortable working in front of guests with experience in service, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Flexible, proactive attitude with a willingness to help wherever required.
• Yachtmaster or Deck Rating preferred. Driving licence advantageous.
• Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements.
