Mother’s Help - Dubai

We are working with a UHNW family based in Emirates Hills to help them hire a full-time Mother’s Helper to support a busy household with three young children. The family have recently moved into a large villa and are seeking a warm, proactive, and professional candidate who can assist the mother with day-to-day childcare and help ensure the smooth running of family life.

This is a very active household supported by a large team of approximately 20 staff. The successful candidate will work closely with the mother and other household staff, helping to support the children’s routines and providing hands-on assistance where needed. The role requires someone organised, discreet, and comfortable working within a fully staffed UHNW environment.

This is a live-out position and only candidates already based in Dubai will be considered. EU passport holders will be prioritised due to the family’s travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the mother with the daily care and supervision of three young children
• Assist with morning and evening routines including dressing, meals, and bedtime preparation
• Help organise children’s schedules including school, activities, and appointments
• Engage the children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
• Assist with school runs and accompany the children to activities where required
• Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children when necessary
• Ensure the children’s bedrooms, play areas, and belongings remain organised and tidy
• Coordinate closely with nannies and other household staff to ensure smooth daily routines
• Assist during family outings, travel, and holidays when required
• Support the mother during busy periods and when hosting family or guests
• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times within the household

Ideal Candidate

• Female candidate as requested by the Principal
• Previous experience working as a Mother’s Helper, nanny, or childcare professional in a private household
• Experience supporting families with multiple young children
• Calm, patient, and nurturing personality
• Highly organised and proactive with excellent time management
• Comfortable working within a large fully staffed household
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other staff
• Discreet, professional, and respectful of household privacy
• EU passport holders preferred
• Currently based in Dubai

Package

• Working schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day
• Visa and health insurance provided
• Annual holiday allowance
• Discretionary annual bonus
• Salary: 10,000 – 14,000 AED gross per month (DOE)
