We’re seeking an experienced and confident Chief Stewardess to join a 75m private/charter motor yacht with a warm, family-style atmosphere and an exciting world-cruising itinerary.

Winter: St Barths & Caribbean
Summer 2026: Mexico, French Polynesia / Tahiti

The role:

  • Oversee a large interior department of nine within a crew of twenty-four
  • Private/charter program – primarily boss trips with moderate charter use
  • Mix of family, friends, and colleagues onboard
  • Manage service standards, guest experience, inventories, and team development
  • Start date: April/May

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous Chief Stew experience on similar-sized vessels (70m+)
  • Confident in leading and motivating a large interior team
  • Strong service, organisational, and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and crew management style
  • B1/B2 visa in hand
  • Warm, professional personality with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
