Lead Service Stewardess — 80m private motor yacht based in the Mediterranean seeking an experienced Lead Service Stewardess to join ASAP. This is a well-run single season program offering strong structure, longevity, and the opportunity to be part of a respected fleet that promotes from within.

The role:

  • Lead guest service operations and maintain high presentation standards
  • Support and guide junior service crew within the interior team
  • Maintain consistency across all guest-facing service
  • Private Mediterranean-based program
  • Start date: ASAP
  • 90 days leave (approx. 4 months on / 1.5 months off)

What we're looking for:

  • Strong 2nd Stewardess or Lead Service experience on vessels 60m+
  • Confident running service independently to a high standard
  • Strong attention to detail and guest interaction skills
  • Must be able to comfortably run 10km and enjoy running
  • Open to supporting the owner’s chalets during the winter season
  • Professional, energetic, and team-focused approach
  • All standard yachting certificates

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
