Head of Housekeeping — 100m+ private dual-season motor yacht seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join a large, well-structured interior team. This senior role suits someone highly organised with proven experience leading housekeeping operations on large vessels.

  • Lead and manage the housekeeping department within a large interior team
  • Maintain exceptional standards across guest and crew areas
  • Manage housekeeping schedules, inventories, and departmental procedures
  • Train and guide junior housekeeping crew to maintain consistent standards
  • Work closely with the Interior Manager to ensure smooth interior operations
  • Private dual-season programme; 2:2 rotation
  • Start date: 11 April (flexible); B1/B2 visa preferred

Requirements: Proven Head of Housekeeping experience on vessels 70m+, strong longevity in previous roles, excellent references, strong leadership capability, professional attention to detail, and standard yachting certifications. Salary DOE paid in USD.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
