We are seeking a professional and confident Bosun to join a 50m private/charter motor yacht currently in the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on deck leader with strong tender‑driving skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude.

The successful candidate will hold a valid B1/B2 visa, and ideally already be located in the US; however, the yacht is willing to fly in the right candidate. Strong tender experience is essential, particularly with a 44ft centre console tender, and the ability to train junior deck crew is a plus.

The yacht operates a primarily private program, with some charter, cruising the Bahamas, Gulf of Mexico, Florida and East Coast US. The owner enjoys a relaxed program with minimal watersports, while the crew enjoy activities such as golf, paddleboarding, and fishing.
