Spa Stewardess – 80m+ MY

We are seeking a Spa Stewardess to join an 80m+ private motor yacht with a strong family-orientated culture and excellent crew longevity.

This vessel is known for its supportive environment, excellent training package, and owners who genuinely value long-term crew commitment.

Start date: April (flexible for the right candidate)

The role:

  • Provide professional facials and skincare treatments
  • Delivering physio-based and sports massage treatments is an advantage
  • Support interior operations when required
  • Maintain high spa standards and treatment protocols
  • Work within a structured and professional interior team

Salary & leave:

  • Salary DOE
  • 90 days unstructured leave

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year yacht experience preferred
  • Qualified in facials and massages
  • Trained in physiotherapy and/or sports massage is a bonus
  • Professional, confident and guest-focused
  • Comfortable working within a private, family-orientated programme
  • B1/B2 preferred
  • Schengen visa preferred

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
