Chief Stewardess 60m motor yacht
Exciting opportunity to join a 60m new build private/charter motor yacht in the final stages before launch. Joining mid to end of March in Holland, this role will suit an experienced Chief Stewardess who enjoys build phases, setting structure, and launching a programme to a high standard.
- Lead the interior through final build stages and pre-launch preparation
- Set up interior systems, SOPs, inventories, and service standards
- Recruit, structure, and guide the interior team post-launch
- Oversee all service and housekeeping operations for private and charter use
- Work closely with shipyard and contractors during final stages
- Joining in Holland, mid to end of March
What we're looking for:
- Minimum two years' solid experience as Chief Stewardess on 50m+
- Proven charter experience
- Strong organisational and leadership capability
- Confident establishing structure from build phase to operational programme
- Calm, solutions-focused approach during yard periods
- All standard yachting certifications

Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
