Rotational 3rd Officer for a 75m private/charter motor yacht operating a dual-season Mediterranean and Caribbean program. Known for a positive crew culture, fair leadership, and commitment to training.

Role details:

  • Start date: 15 April.
  • Start location: West Palm Beach, USA.
  • Hybrid role with high deck exposure alongside safety and navigational responsibilities.
  • Private/charter dual-season program operating between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.
  • Rotation: 2:2.

Requirements:

  • Newly qualified OOW or junior officer ready for a dedicated 3rd Officer role.
  • Strong deck background, ideally with Bosun experience.
  • Motivated, hands-on, and eager to develop solid bridge experience.
  • B1/B2 visa in hand.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
