Head of Housekeeping 70m+ MY

Busy 70m+ private/light charter motor yacht seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join a well-structured interior team of eight. This is a high-energy programme with strong standards and a positive crew dynamic, suited to someone who leads from the front and brings good team spirit onboard.

The role:

• Oversee all housekeeping operations across guest and crew areas
• Lead and manage a housekeeping team within an interior of eight
• Maintain exceptional presentation standards during private and light charter periods
• Manage inventories, laundry flow, and housekeeping administration
• Private/light charter programme with an active schedule
• Start date: Mid May
• 2:2 rotation
• B1/B2 visa preferred

What we're looking for:

• Proven Head of Housekeeping experience on 60m+ vessels
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Confident managing a larger interior team
• Fun, bubbly personality with a positive, motivating approach
• Into fitness and enjoys being part of an active crew culture
• All standard yachting certifications
