Chief Stewardess – Private 32m Motor Yacht (Seasonal)

We are seeking an experienced and highly polished Chief Stewardess for a 32m private motor yacht, operating a 6-month Western Mediterranean season and hosting 2–6 guests. This position is ideal for a service-driven professional who excels in a refined private-yacht environment and consistently delivers discreet, highly personalised service to exceptional standards.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and manage the interior department to five-star private yacht standards
• Deliver highly personalised service tailored to owner and guest preferences
• Maintain immaculate interior presentation at all times
• Coordinate closely with the Captain, Chef, and Deck team
• Ensure compliance with yacht operational and safety procedures
