Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Travelling Lifestyle Assistant to provide seamless, discreet, and highly personalised service to an international UHNW couple based in Dubai.

This is a wide-ranging position blending precision of formal butler service with the agility of personal assistance, set against a backdrop of significant international travel; approximately 70% of the year will be spent on the move.

The successful candidate will be a polished, unflappable professional who understands the rhythm and standards of life at this level, and who takes genuine pride in anticipating needs before they are expressed. This full-time position demands adaptability, stamina and an instinctive feel for discretion and service excellence.

Job duties

Responsibilities of the Travelling Lifestyle Assistant in Dubai, include:

Butler & Household Service:

• Delivering formal and informal butler service to the highest standard across all residences and travel environments
• Managing the couple’s wardrobe – packing, unpacking, garment care, and always ensuring immaculate presentation
• Overseeing table service, entertaining, and the preparation of private dining experiences
• Coordinating with household staff at each property to ensure consistent standards of service
• Maintaining inventories of clothing, personal effects, and household supplies

Personal Assistance:

• Managing complex, fast-moving schedules and itineraries across multiple time zones
• Booking and coordinating all travel logistics – private aviation, ground transportation, hotels, yachts and beyond
• Acting as the primary point of contact for external vendors, service providers, and household staff
• Handling personal errands, gift sourcing, reservations, and day-to-day administrative tasks
• Providing concierge-level support – sourcing, arranging, and managing requests of all kinds with efficiency and discretion

Travel:

• Accompanying the couple on all significant travel, both planned and at short notice
• Preparing detailed travel briefs and ensuring every element of each trip is flawlessly executed
• Managing on-the-road logistics, including packing, and unpacking at each destination, liaising with hotel concierge teams, and maintaining the couple’s routine while travelling

Candidates must be/have:

• Significant experience within a similar role in UHNW private household or super yachts
• Proven experience travelling extensively with a principal or family
• Strong judgement, high discretion, and exceptional organisation skills
• Impeccably presented with polished interpersonal skills and a naturally calm, professional demeanour
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
• Discreet, loyal, and completely trustworthy – the couple’s privacy is paramount
• A proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and acts without being asked
• Flexible and available, this role does not suit someone with rigid schedule requirements
• Already based in Dubai (desirable), or willing to locate for the position
