Charter Manager – Monaco

I am working with a leading global yacht management company that is seeking an experienced Charter Manager to join their Monaco office.

In this role, you will drive revenue by securing bookings for a portfolio of Central Agency (CA) yachts, while building and maintaining high-level relationships with Owners, charter brokers, and crew. You will lead high-impact prospecting to expand the fleet and collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategic campaigns. Using your industry expertise, you will manage the end-to-end charter process, including complex negotiations, MYBA E-Contracts, and data management. Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach are key to thriving in this fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage charter bookings and end-to-end client relationships for CA yachts
• Develop and execute innovative yacht marketing strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners, charter brokers, and crew
• Ensure accurate internal reporting and data management
• Work effectively under pressure and deliver results in a dynamic environment

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Charter Management
• Experience with Yachtfolio and E-Contract Access
• Strong MS Office skills; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of the worldwide charter fleet, contracts, KYC requirements, manning regulations, VAT/importation regulations, flag state requirements, and commercial use of yachts
• Willingness to travel for yacht shows and inspections
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and entrepreneurial mindset

Salary dependent on experience and commission package.

This role is based in Monaco.
