Travelling Massage Therapist – Palm Beach, Florida

We are working with a UHNW family based in Palm Beach, Florida to help them secure a highly skilled and discreet temporary travelling Massage Therapist for their private household. This is a full-time temporary placement from 15th March – 15th May supporting two Principals, their four adult children, and extended family members.

You will provide tailored treatments within a private residential setting, adapting to different ages, preferences and physical requirements. The successful candidate will work as part of a wider hospitality team and alongside other massage therapists, ensuring a seamless and professional wellness offering at all times.

The role is primarily based in Palm Beach, with additional domestic travel to Miami, New York City, Upstate New York, Colorado and Georgia. International travel may also be required. Staff accommodation is provided at all locations, and travel expenses are reimbursed with per diem provided when travelling outside of Palm Beach. A two-day paid trial will be required prior to contract confirmation or extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1–4 professional massage treatments per day (typically 2), ranging from 45–90 minutes
• Provide bespoke treatments tailored to individual needs, preferences and physical conditions
• Specialise in Swedish and/or Deep Tissue techniques
• Adapt techniques appropriately for varying ages, genders and body types
• Maintain a calm, discreet and highly professional presence within the household
• Prepare treatment spaces to an impeccable standard before and after each session
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation and professional health standards at all times
• Coordinate schedules efficiently with the household team and fellow therapists
• Travel seamlessly with the family to additional residences as required
• Ensure absolute confidentiality and discretion regarding all family matters
• Maintain treatment supplies and notify the household of replenishment needs

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Massage Therapist with recognised certification
• Specialism in Swedish and/or Deep Tissue massage
• Additional formal studies or specialist training advantageous
• Experience within private households, yachts or luxury hospitality settings preferred
• Warm, polished and adaptable demeanour
• Physically resilient with excellent stamina
• Flexible with scheduling, including 6–7 days per week
• Comfortable travelling domestically; international travel experience a plus
• Impeccable references and professional presentation

Package

• Working schedule: 6–7 days per week

• Salary: $450 – $650 per day (depending on experience)
